Beautiful, charming old stone house, completely renovated in traditional Dalmatian style to meet all your needs for your vacation, and will surely touch your heart and soul.
It was built in 1706 and set on fire in 1806 during Napoleon's invasion/occupation, and finally renovated in 2006-2010 by the owner with care and love stone by stone. The house has its own story and the host will tell you when hosting/or welcoming.

It is located in the old rural part of the village, ideal for a quiet family vacation, people with allergies or respiratory problems. Surrounded by olive groves, gardens, a pine forest, and the morning magical awakening of an orchestra of birds, away from the noise and crowds of the center. Functional space, nicely decorated, in isolation with style, for enjoying solitude environmentally sustainable.

It has a beautiful view of the sea and the islands of Hvar, Brač, Korčula, and Pelješac, and the divine sunrises and sunsets to remember
Lots of marked hiking and biking trails / 10 km /, and steep trails to climb the mountain Biokovo-Nature Park / 1762 m /, where a modern skywalk was made, which offers the most beautiful view of the Makarska Riviera and the islands of Brač Hvar and Korčula.

The house is 3 km from the sea and the center of Podgora with all necessary facilities: shops, market with fresh local products, fresh fish, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, doctor, water sports, taxi, bus, day trips and more.
Podgora will host you with its 4 km long beautiful white pebble beaches and hidden coves for a more peaceful vacation and swimming.

The house provides sleeping for 4+1 persons on 90 m2. Bedrooms on the 1st and 2nd floor with bathrooms, on the ground floor kitchen with living room and dining table, guest toilet with washing machine. Satellite TV, Internet, air conditioning dishwasher, library with German, English books / 50 /.
The rooms are spacious 25m2 with stone walls and high-quality solid wood furniture, for the best atmosphere. Public parking, free and secured.
There are very few neighbors and they are very quiet and discreet.
